After experiencing a neshama yeteira for twenty-five hours, we have a deeper understanding and capability of distinguishing between kodesh and hol, and that is why we mention it in the berakha of Havdala
It is interesting to note that we allude to Adam and Hava in the sheva berakhot when we say: "kesamehakha yetzirkha beGan Eden mikedem - as you gave joy to Your creations in the Garden of Eden." What relevance do Adam and Hava have to the bride and groom? Perhaps this expresses the wish that just as Adam and Hava focused solely on one another, since they were the only couple in the world, so should the new couple's love for each other be exclusive, as if there are no other people in the world.
