My side of the car was lodged into the barrier. My wife had not locked her car door, so we both scrambled out of my wife's side. We ran away from the car as fast as we could. Seconds later, the car exploded. The flames rose skyward and we were left with only a mangled metal frame as a souvenir of our former car. We were in shock. Our wedding presents, money, and belongings were all gone. But we were alive. Of course we turned to Rebbi for guidance. How should we process this incident? Was it a bad omen for our future? A punishment for some wrong-doing? Ever practical and down-to-earth Rebbi shared simply: "Just be careful."

Above all, remember that kiruv is about building bridges, nurturing connections, and inspiring exploration - not about imposing beliefs or enforcing change
